A stable connection, Discord for voice and screen share, and your controller in hand. If you booked a tier with VOD review, have a recent game uploaded before we start (see below). Sessions are live and hands-on — we'll run the plays together, not just talk about them.
Upload your game to YouTube or Twitch as an unlisted VOD (720p or better) and paste the link in the booking form or Discord DM to your coach at least 12 hours before the session. We watch if beforehand so your time is spent on fixes, not loading clips. Ranked and tournament games are best — the coach needs fo see you against real opponents, not the CPU.
Yes. Message your coach on Discord at least 24 hours your slot and we'll move it, no charge. Inside 24 hours we'll do our best but can't guarantee a new time. No-shows are not refunded.

No. We coach everyone from players stuck in Silver to players prepping for tournament brackets. Tell us where you are and what you want to reach, and the session is built around that.
The meta shifts with every update, so we re-check every scheme on the site after each patch and mark the update date on the page. If something you were taught stops working, message your coach on Discord.
Payment is taken at booking through the calendar. If we have to cancel on our side, you're refunded in full or rebooked, your choice. Sessions you attend are not refundable.
